The Cape Wrath Ultra is a multi day event covering some 380 kilometres of the Scottish Highlands from Fort William in the south to the Cape Wrath Lighthouse at the north west tip of Scotland. The adventures lasts eight days and Episode Three covers Day Two of the run.
In Episode Three, we run 54km from the Glenfinnan Viaduct to the shores of Loch Hourn. Having gone off fast on Day One I resolved to start at a more sedate pace on Day Two and it was all going well until.... Well, I'll let you see for yourselves..
