A Tribute to Jed Gillamac

On May 4th, 2024, our good friend, Jed Gillamac (aka JettyBeeVA), passed away. Jed was a member of OrchidataDubs and shared a birthday with the anniversary for Three and A Half Houses. We made this video a few days after his passing, but refrained from uploading out of respect. Now that we have the okay, we will post it here and have his memory live on.

To me, Jed was a beloved friend, who showed great passion for his craft. He created a small company called Co-Lab in Cebu, Philippines, where he hoped to create resources and opportunities in his hometown. He'd always encouraged us to do our best and he believed that we all had a chance at becoming the type of person we wanted to be. He was proud of us. We were proud of him. He loved us. And we loved him.

Everywhere Jed went, he would spread laughter. From recording sessions to private calls to gaming. He would listen and offer comfort. He loved hearing people's wishes and goals, sharing a similar spark with his own stuff. He always tried to see the best in people. It was hard not to love him. He is the definition of a best friend.

There's so many things I wished I said. There's so many things I wanted him to see. There's so many words that can't describe how painful this is. We love you, Jed. We miss you. Thank you for everything.
