How To Enter Square Sales into QuickBooks Online

In this video, we will be going over how to enter Square sales into QBO. This particular workflow that I like to use utilizes monthly (or weekly or daily) Journal Entries. Throughout the video, I'll discuss entering the needed Chart of Accounts and creating the Journal Entry Template. We will also walk through a real-life example of entering a month's worth of Square sales into QuickBooks Online and there will also be a discussion regarding what I refer to as the "backend" of this workflow. As I mention in the video, I would recommend first just watching the entire video in order to get a broader understanding of what this entire workflow looks like and then you will be in a great spot to start the video over and work through setting everything up step by step on your end. The reason I recommend this is because there is some flexibility and customization available regarding how you set this up and you should have an understanding of the entire workflow before making these decisions.
