if you watch till the end you will notice the pick up truck flash the lights on and off several times. this individual is tracking my movements, they follow me everywhere I go and will often ride ahead of me or off to the side and flash the highbeams on and off for several miles before turning off the highway. at which point another unmarked vehicle takes over for several more miles. flashing the highbeams on and off or putting the highbeams in my eyes intentionally. they have been coordinating these tactics for nearly six years . while seemingly harmless this is actually an extremely dangerous action as the number of instances is over tens of thousands. verifiable targeted harassment.



another tactic is to ride in front of me and simply tap repeatedly on the brakes, this can go on for many miles, they will ride along my route doing this or often follow me home and do it in front of my driveway while crawling below the speed limit.



many of them boldly brake checked me or continuously cut me off and let off the gas forcing me to brake or go around. only to have them accelerate and do it again , at times I believed they would run me off the road.

trying to get away is useless as they are tracking my location and relentless in their pursuit. often times parking near my home and waiting for me to leave the house so that they can target me.


several of them have been making gestures as they pass ,I have some recorded. they drive back and forth near my home and often make offensive gestures as they pass . gestures which are sexual in nature and intended to insult me, some of them are mocking me as they position themselves in my path ,they know when I'm leaving the house so I assume my phone is being tracked as well. I'm quite certain my phone is being tracked and also my digital activities monitored, they are actually letting me know that they are doing just that ,as if to say" what are you going to do about it ."

these are gross violations of my rights.and a truely nightmare abuse of surveillance technologies.


with relentless precision they are able to subject me to a constant stream of what can only be described as psychological torture which strikes to the very core of your existence.
