Believe it or not people actually will dry cherries by using a helicopter. What happens is when it rains the water accumulates on the top of the cherry. If it sits there when the sun comes out the water will act as a magnifying glass and split the cherry open. Once that happens nobody wants to buy it anymore and their crops get ruined. So they use helicopters to hover over the cherry trees and blow the water off to save their crops. In this video we give you a short description of how to dry cherries by helicopter.
