Here is a mass reply to all the comments I have been receiving. If you have any questions related to the video please read this first.
1) You will be wasting your time if you attempt to do the glass only. The video title clearly says LCD/Glass replacement. No where did i mention I would be only removing the glass by itself. I spent 4 grand on equipment to remove the glass only, and even then it is a pain. Pay someone to do it or buy the LCD/Glass combo. Trust me when I say don't attempt it unless you have extensive repair knowledge.
2) Phillips head screw driver used is a double 00 (Zero). Can be found at a staples or office max. I think i even saw one at Walmart. Or, can be bought online/
3) I have been repairing phones for 6 years, so the comments about me using a razor blade near the flex cables do not bother me. I have ripped less cables with a hobby blade than I have with a plastic pry tool.
4) Please keep track of your screws. Make a silhouette of your phone on a piece of paper (Make the drawing larger) and place the screws where you took them out of the phone. Make sure you dont knock around the drawing. Anything else, let me know!
