About my arrangement to this song:
I Need You is George Harrison's song from their album Help .
It matches as an insert song in their film Help.
I love their original virsion, though, I tried to change this song
to the initial- term Beatles style by adding handclaps.
What do you think of my arrangement? Not bad, isn't it? I hope you'll like it.
Let me tell you about George's voice:
Chorus is one of the Beatles' charms, you know.
For instance This Boy, Nowhere man, Because, Here There and Everywhere, Yes It Is, etc.....
George was a genius who could harmonize perfectly on these Lennon & McCartney's songs.
John has a sharp characteristic voice. Pau has a strong treble voice.
On the other hand, George's voice is very soft. I like his gentle voice.
His voice blended nicely between John and Paul, bringing exquisite harmony
without insisting too much.
It seems to symbolize his humanity. At least I think so.
I imagine what if George's harmonizing part didn't exsist in these songs.
His voice is something like violas in a string ensemble.
In orchestra without the viola sound, the sound would be unsatifactory and flimsy.
It never insist like violins or cellos, but it can be an indispensable existence.
His voice makes their songs exceptionally beautiful.
We are conscious of the main melody and tend not to notice such an important thing.
He is such an unsung hero on their sound. Thank you George.
