Full Leg Day update and run through as I get further into this diet phase - currently feeling the BEST I ever have in the gym both physically and mentally (especially for my current bodyweight). A lot of this comes down to something we can all control and develop & that is our MINDSET.
How strong or weak of a MINDSET do you manifest on a daily basis.
