Vlog 42: OUR RB HAS LEFT THE CHAT, THAT'S RIGHT! WE SMACKED AN ENGINE!

Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later but yeS, its finally happened, we have smacked our first engine.

There are no secrets with this team, if we hurt and engine, not only will we tell you, but we will bring you along for the ride and show you the damage it did and the efforts it took to get Big Mack back in the fight!

The World Cup finals haven't really gone to plan for us yet and the clock is ticking, but if there is one thing we have learnt with Big Mack, it's that this car is full of surprises and always comes through in the end.

Once we found the damage, the whole team scrambled into action and stopped at nothing to get the broken engine out and a new one in, but the problems didn't end there. When you hurt an engine, you should ALWAYS replace all of the lines, as that metal debris will go everywhere. Well, we didn't have replacement lines at the track so we did our best to clean everything as best we could, but that clearly wasn't enough.

After our first hit with the new engine, we came back to discover that MORE debris was found. It's either from the old engine left over, or it's from the new engine. OR!!!! its from the old engine and that debris was just pumped through the new engine.....

HOWEVER!!!! The PRP Dry Sump Kit has special gauze filters that stop a ANY debris going into the sump! Were those filters enough to catch everything! Or do we have to replace ANOTHER Engine.
