Today we continue to talk about the answers and excuses that we normally hear when entrepreneurs and managers meet in business meetings. In the first episodes of this series we heard why people say “we always did it” and “we already have it”, and today we understand the reason behind one of the most annoying sentences ever: “it’s too expensive”.

Who hasn’t said, or hear “it’s too expensive” at least once? I think we have all been there, and we will hear it or say it again. So let’s figure out why this happens, and what to do and say to reply.
