The 2 Best Via Ferratas to link in 1 day - Vael & Masare

Two awesome Ferratas, one day.

As part of a YouTube series I'm doing where I'm rating the best Via Ferratas in the Italian Dolomites, in September I went to climb Via Ferrata Roda di Vael and Masare.

I started from the village of Carezza and took the cable car to Refugio Paolina to get to the start of the trail.
From the get-go, the views of the Brenta Dolomites leave you speeches.

The first Via Ferrata I did was Roda di Vael, to a summit bearing the same name.
This wasn't a difficult Ferrata, quite a good warm-up for Masare.

I'd say Via Ferrata Masare is the main event of these two, with consistent and good climbing and traversing and some incredible views from the higher points.

This was the last episode of the Rating series, for now...
