This car was the 0A-car which starts a few minutes before the first actual Rallycar can start.
Because of that they don't compete in the rally and can entertain the crowd a bit.
The front fenders look like those from the Peugeot 306 Dimma and the rear like a mix between the 306 and 205 Dimma widebody kit.
