This session will reacquaint participants with endocrine disorders that are often included in the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Exam.
Module Learning Outcomes
This module prepares the learner to:
1. Describe pathophysiology of endocrine function and disease processes.
2. Apply the Domains of Practice described in the test blueprints to clinical practice.
3. Develop rapport with patient, family and caregivers.
4. Assess, plan, intervene, evaluate, educate and promote positive outcomes for the medical-surgical patient.
