A Bronx mom is accusing her NYCHA neighbor of terrorizing her and destroying her door with a hammer. The victim has asked to remain anonymous out of fear for her life. The mother says she has lived at a Bronx NYCHA apartment for years, and says she’s never had any problems - until Nigera McCassling (also known as Nigera Postell) moved in. In Ring camera video shared exclusively with News 12, a woman is seen screaming and smashing the victim’s door with a hammer and a bat. The alleged victim told News 12 other neighbors have had problems with this resident, too. However, she says she has no idea why McCassling is now targeting her.
