The Meadows is located on South Georgia Street in Amarillo, Texas and is only a 10-15 minute drive from everything you need (shopping, restaurants, medical services, golfing, the airport, Buc-ee's, West Texas A&M University, Palo Duro Canyon, etc).

Cons:

1. Is This Neighborhood Really Affordable?
Homes currently can range at or even $100,000 above the median sold price here in Amarillo, but do the pros (new construction, warranty, location) outway the cons?

2. Neighborhood Amenities:
If you are looking for walking paths, dog areas, mature trees, etc. This neighborhood may disappoint as you will need to jump in a car/truck to enjoy other areas in town.
