This GBC uses a simple stepper to lift the balls onto a grid where a series of appearing and disappearing "moles" push them along all the way to the exit.
The path the balls take can be modified by simply changing the orientation of the 1x1 slope pieces and by modifying the offset of the crankshafts. Also, the direction of the motor changes the way the balls move across the grid.
A lot of effort was required to come up with the right approach to have so many pistons working this close together and not getting stuck. Many iterations were required to arrive at the final design. When building this module, it is imperative to ensure that all the cheese pieces are well place at the bottom of the pistons and all of them are perfectly aligned.
Quite a lot of effort also went into making this module as "studless" as possible for additional challenge. Very few studfull pieces were used in this module.
