The 6th Annual Windy City Classic from Wrigley Field aka the Crosstown Classic a exhibition game between the crosstown rivals the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Cubs the original WGN Broadcast which includes both the pre game Lead Off Man and the 10th Inning Post game show with Harry Caray Steve Stone and Thom Brennaman.
The White Sox has a perfect record going into this classic game 4-0 and a tie. Starting pitchers for the South side Chicago White Sox Jerry Kutzler and Len Damian for the North side Cubs.
Look for White Sox utility player Steve Lyons playing every position in the game.
Recorded and Digitalized off the original Recorded VHS tape which was converted to a DVD disc another great game archive contributed by White Sox historian Mark Liptak who was kind enough to bring these White Sox games out of his archives and making their debut on the Phenia Films MLB archival page for all White Sox and Cubs fans (and MLB) to see again.
