Salt -1/2 tsp

Sattu (roasted gram flour powder )- 2 cups
Onion -1/4 cup
Ginger -1 tbsp
Garlic - 1.5 tbsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Carom seeds-1/2 tsp
Nigella seeds -1/2 tsp
Mustard oil -2 tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Any pickle masala - 1tbsp

Brinjal - 1
Tomatoes -2
Garlic cloves - 3
Green chilli -2
Chopped green chilli -2
Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Green chutney:
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Mint leaves -1/4 cup
Tomato -1
Green chilli -2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic cloves - 4
Salt to taste
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Salt to taste
