For this recipe you will need:
4x Fillets of Lemon Sole
400g tin of Borlotti Beans
Handful of Sage
1x Red Onion
2x Cloves of Garlic
1/2 a Carrot
1/2 a Courgette
1x Fennel
2x Heads of Celery
1/2 a Leek
100ml White Wine
75ml Double Cream
Butter
Olive Oil
1x Lemon
