Bodycam footage shows a New Mexico police officer conducting a traffic stop on an off-duty deputy on January 1 due to suspected impairment of the driver. When the officer approached the vehicle, they reported smelling the odor of alcohol coming from inside the car. The officer then asked the driver to exit the vehicle to perform field sobriety tests.

The driver, identified as Adrienne Seay, informed the officer that she was a deputy in Bernalillo County. The footage captures Seay's performance during the field sobriety tests, which the officer stated she did not pass. Following the incident, Seay was charged with DWI, and she has since pleaded not guilty to the charges. The case is ongoing, and the legal process will determine the outcome based on the evidence presented.
