I dreaded the day that my tracks needed to be put back on after one fell off during use. Don't be intimidated by this! I was at first, but its an easy fix. My Case CX37C Excavator has a hydraulic angle blade, but not a six 6 way blade. But the hydraulics assist in compressing the track ram very simple to do.
So, when you are grading hill sides or rocky lots, track can come off. This free and easy method to get your track back on like new worked for me. I don't have steel tracks, I have rubber tracks. Some of the tools you will need are a grease gun, socket set, breaker bars and pry bars, come along, patience, a bit of strength, and a good attitude.
My YouTube Channel gets 1 million views a month at times, and I expect that viewers with excavators may see this, and I hope it helps, especially people that are new with an excavator. I've been digging in dirt with equipment for a long time, but never with an excavator. I also just bought a new loader grader with skid steer removable 4 n 1 bucket, hydraulic rippers and top and tilt controls.
