I have not made chitterlings in forever, but the family wanted them for Thanksgiving. Hope you guys enjoy the video and the ingredients are listed below.

Ingredients:
10 lb bucket of chitterlings
seasoning spice of your choice
5 oz apple cider vinegar
2 c chicken broth
2 cups water
2 c sweet peppers
1 c onion
1 c scallions
1 Tbs thyme
1 Tbs onion powder
1 Tbs black pepper
hot sauce
salt
