How to hard boil eggs:
Place the steamer basket in the instant pot. Add 1 cup water. Layer the eggs without stacking them. Close the lid and seal the valve. Cook on HIGH pressure for 5 minutes. When done, let them sit for 5 minutes while steam naturally releases. Transfer to a bowl with ice + water and let the sit for 5 minutes and peel.
