I used a few of these effects in the Ken music video...
• [SFxT] Ken music video + Remix by Project ...
Seemed a bit odd making a dedicated glitch vid at that point in the games lifespan but since the update is imminent I thought I'd go crazy. Plus, I played an early version of 2013 and it looks like precautions have been made that mean these glitches won't be possible anymore.
