Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin where today we are talking anti-aging, but more specifically the high strength retinol serums which can help you effectively tackle the fine lines and wrinkles and resurface the skin.

Retinoids can be totally confusing with the different strengths, different forms and of course the different formulations so its hard to know wha the strongest over the counter retinol really is. Do not worry as this is what I will be covering in todays video - sharing with you the best high strength over the counter retinol products for your own skincare routine.

It is always advisable to start with a low strength retinol or vitamin a derivative before moving up to the stronger ones in order to allow your skin time to acclimatise to the ingredient and to minimise the 'retinol uglies' and side effects. Retinol is amazing at increasing cellular turnover which in turn can help tackle hyperpigmentation, smooth skin texture, minimise acne scarring and of course boost collagen production to minimise fine lines and wrinkles and all these products do it at maximum strength.
