Inosuke Hasibira:
A young boy who was raised by his mother Kotoha Hashibira for a short time until she was murdered by the Upper Moon Two, Doma. After she sacrificed herself to save his life, he was raised by wild boars. Inosuke Hashibira (嘴平 伊之助, Hashibira Inosuke) uses a self-taught style called "Beast Breathing" (獣の呼吸法, Kedamono no Kokyū-hō), along with two serrated swords in battle. When he gets new swords, he purposely makes them serrated in order to match his preference and fighting style (much to the swordsmith's anger). He is brash and prone to reacting violently, and while he appears dim, he has proven himself in battle time after time. He is extremely muscular and rugged, which contrasts with his oddly effeminate face, which he normally hides under a boar's head mask. This mask was actually made from the head of his deceased boar mother, and he wears it in memory of her. When Inosuke first meets Tanjiro, he treats him as an enemy, but they quickly become friends as they fight together. He often challenges Tanjiro to competitions that are accepted in good spirit. He took the test at the same time as Tanjiro and Zenitsu and was apparently the first to clear it. Inosuke's swords are colored blue-grey. He has a heightened sense of touch, being able to locate enemies by feeling the vibrations in the air. In the volume 23 extras, it is confirmed that Inosuke married Aoi Kanzaki with their two great-great-grandsons. In the epilogue, a boy named Aoba Hashibira shares a great resemblance with Inosuke and Aoi.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
The story takes place in Taishō-era Japan. It follows Tanjiro Kamado and his sister Nezuko Kamado as they seek a cure for Nezuko's demon curse. Tanjiro and Nezuko become entangled in the affairs of a secret society, known as the Demon Slayer Corps, that has been waging a secret war against demons for centuries. The demons are former humans who sold their humanity in exchange for power. They feed on humans and possess supernatural abilities such as super strength, magic, and regeneration. Demons can only be killed if they're decapitated with weapons crafted from an alloy known as Sun Steel, injected with poison extracted from wisteria flowers, or exposed to sunlight. The Demon Slayers, on the other hand, are entirely human, however, they employ special breathing techniques, known as "Breathing Styles", which grant them superhuman strength and increased resistance.
