Honey butter fried chicken!
Ingredients
Chicken breast or thigh 400grams ( 0.88lb )
Cornstarch 1 cup
Egg 1
White pepper ¼ tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Neutral oil for frying
Toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Spring onions ( green onions )
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Honey 4 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Cornstarch slurry ( Mix ½ tsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water )
Crushed chillies 1 tsp ( Optional )
