• Presentation of Colors by the U.S. Naval Sea Cadets Smoky Mountain Anchor Division
• Keynote address by Reed Boyle, reflecting on the national theme: “Keep Moving Forward”—a phrase first spoken by Captain Joshua Byers during his deployment in Iraq.
