I spent the last couple months converting my wood lathe (Delta 46-460) to a metal lathe. In this video I run you through how I did so.
I saved a lot of money doing it this way. I got the lathe a while back on market place for $500, and spent $1,500 on the conversion. So, I have a decent little metal lathe for $2,000.
