Chicken cutlets
Ingredients:
4 large chicken breast
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 cups of unseasoned bread crumbs
2 cups of vegetable oil
4 springs of parsley
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Slice chicken breast 1/4 inch thick and gently beat your meat with your mullet.
Beat two eggs in a bowl. Add milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
Have your breadcrumbs ready on a small pizza pan.
Heat up your pan and add oil.
Run your chicken through the egg wash and then breadcrumbs. Now add to hot oil and cook for a few minutes on each side. Remove your chicken and place it on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve and enjoy !
