What is Spirituality? Is it all nonsense? In this video we explore what spirituality actually is, along with other assumptions about reality. Such as our own sense of self - our ego persona.
Where is the ego-persona? Where is our sense of self, our self image? Does it exist, can we point to it? Using self inquiry, we find out that we don't actually know as much as we think we do about ourselves and the world around us. Just because everyone agrees on something, doesn't make it Truth.
