MEAL PLAN WITH ME 2018 // APRIL MONTHLY MEAL PLAN // HOW TO MEAL PLAN FOR THE MONTH

Today I'm doing a MEAL PLAN WITH ME for the month of April 2018. I'm showing you how I meal plan for the entire month at one time and the thought process I go through as I plan my meals. I do my grocery shopping for 2 weeks at a time, so after the first two weeks, I can tweak my meal plan for the next two weeks if necessary. By meal planning for the month, I have found that we eat a lot more variety, it's a lot less stressful when I get ready to grocery shop, and I'm a lot less likely to waste food.
