Hollow Knight

Hollow Knight is about a small knight who explores the ruined insect kingdom of Hallownest to discover the source of the Infection, a mind-controlling plague, and to contain it. The plague was unleashed by the Dreaming Radiance, an ancient moth-like deity, after the Pale King built a new society and tried to banish her. The Pale King created the Hollow Knight, a void-infused vessel, to contain the Radiance, but it failed. Now, the player character, another vessel, must enter the sealed Black Egg Temple, fight through the Dreamers who seal it, and either replace or destroy the flawed Hollow Knight to confront the Radiance and end the Infection.
