USAF F-16 Viper Demo & Heritage Flight 2025 MCAS Beaufort Air Show

The Viper Demo Team lights up the 2025 MCAS Beaufort Air Show. Shot on Saturday, April 12.

The Viper Demo Team is the US Air Force's single ship demonstration team for the air force's premier 4th generation fighter jet, the Lockheed Martin/General Dynamics F-16C Fighting Flacon, known by the pilots as the "Viper". The Viper Demo team is based at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, not too far from MCAS Beaufort.

The 2024-2025 demonstration pilot is Maj. Taylor "FEMA" Hiester. The Viper Demo team has been flying this specially painted jet for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. It is a recreation of the YF-16 Prototype paint scheme honoring the 50th anniversary of its first flight in 1974.

Following the demo, FEMA performed the Heritage Flight with a WWII era P-51 Mustang. This beautiful warbird, "Bum Steer", is piloted by Dan Friedkin.
