Through honest conversations and real moments, this five-minute film shares the voices of three clients and families whose independence, confidence and wellbeing are shaped by compassionate, positive support at home.

1. Emily, a university student managing seizures and long term fatigue.
2. Molly, 94, living with memory loss, whose weekly outings bring joy and give her daughter Jane two hours of respite.
3. Bernard and Jill, supported to stay together at home during Bernard’s end of life care.
