Hey y'all!! This week, school at The University of Alabama is in full swing!! I've been going to my masters classes, doing my first week of my dietetic internship with UA Athletics, studying for the RD exam, and finding time to exercise through it all! This week I'm taking y'all through a full week of workouts and showing you how I find the time and make these runs and gym sessions happen even when I am incredibly busy. I'm also so pumped because I'm finally back up to 35 miles a week which is close to my weekly mileage when I was running competitively in high school! Still slow and steady, of course (besides my speed workouts) and loving every minute! Come along with me and lets lock in on our physical health this semester!!!
