Definedly Elvis' most mysterious season he ever did during the 70s, why?

There are only 3 released recordings, only a handful of photos, and no film of the season. What also adds to the mysteriousness is the fact that Elvis wore some suits that were never worn before, and some would never be worn again!

One of those is the Cobweb jumpsuit, it has only been known to have been worn in Tahoe. Just like the white cobweb two-piece! Both of these suits luckily have photos available. There is also a photo of the “sunlight” suit (bottom, right), although it is not confirmed to be the sunlight suit.

This season was quite unique, although we only have 3 recordings we get performances of “My Babe / This Train”, “One Night”, “It's Now or Never”, “I Just Can't Help Believing”, “It's Impossible”, “It's Over” (First recorded live performance), “Lawdy Miss Clawdy”, “Help me Make it Through the Night” and “I, John”.

Read all that? That's ONLY what has been recorded and released. During the July 29 1971 MS Elvis apparently sang “I Washed my Hands in Muddy Water”, and during the August 2 CS he apparently sang “I Was the One”! But we can't know for sure until we might get a recording once...
