Not the calmest of videos but I still love the aesthetic in this scene. *STORY SPOILER* Just after Ilos, going through the relay and landing on the Citadel during the reaper attack.

I've decided to continue making the ambient videos 1 hour rather than 20 minutes as they are gaining viewers much quicker than usual. They take a lot longer to record, render and upload so the schedule will be a bit slower. Also processing up to 4k on YouTube is taking the most time. I may consider dropping to 1080 so I can output more but I am undecided. I am also considering including music/soundtracks but I am concerned about copyright. There are also several ambient channels that already do this. I much prefer the ambient world sounds rather than music looping for an hour.

I do this in my spare time usually in bulk and then schedule them to upload over a few days. So unfortunately there will be long absences as I work on my day job. My PC also isn't great so one of these videos will usually take a day to record, edit, render, upload and thumbnail.

Please let me know any requests you may have. I tend to just do games I have completed as I can go through my various saves. I'm doing Yakuza 0 and Mass Effect 1 LE at the moment but I'm happy to work on something new.

I created this channel with the purpose of providing atmospheric scenes from some of my favourite video games

I'm a sucker for video game downtime. The areas in games which provide "the calm before the storm". Not necessary just the beautiful vistas or high definition graphics, I'm here to show you the scenes that I find comfort in;

The background chatter, the distant gunfire, the stunning sky boxes, the crackling fire and the sheer effort developers have put in to create the detailed worlds we often overlook. Whilst mundane and forgotten about, these scenes are some of my favourite to watch play out in video games.

I hope you find a purpose for these videos and that they help you with focus and/or sleep. I plan on making 10 to 20 minute videos as I feel they are easily digestible and easily queued up if you take longer to focus/fall asleep. Cast them to your TV, prop your phone up on a stand or just listen to the audio as you drift into a deep sleep. No loud noises or sudden changes guaranteed.
