Introduction from the first episode of the Tokusatsu series "Shougeki Gouraigan" recently aired October 4, 2013. Created by Amemiya Keita who did the series "Garo". The subs are by TV-Nihon.
The quality is, unfortunately, taken way down from the 720p it was recorded at because of YouTube but it's still pretty good.
