1/4 cup kosher salt
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp chipotle powder
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp citrus
1/4 tsp fennel pollen
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp red annatto
Competition Ribs Sauce Recipe:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp worcester sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Competition Ribs Glaze Recipe:
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp citric
1/4 tsp xanthin gum
