This song just penetrates my heart.

I watched this movie in an international flight, and it's by far the most meaningful masterpiece I've witnessed, "The Tunnel to Summer, The Exit of Goodbyes." It's not just any kind of love story, it's an adventure for the audience to move on from their unfortunate pasts. It's so good it made me watch the light novel as well.

The aimless approach
Anyone reliased the notes in the start are almost all non-legatos or staccatos? It's representing the stops in the music, as well as the Urashima Tunnel time lapsing. However, I added a second melody in 0:34 that symbolises the alliance of Kaoru and Anzu. Who would expect their alliance will spark into love and both of them moving on after 13 years...

The bridge
In 2:11 onwards, I was thinking about the fireworks scene, hoping to make the music as beautiful as possible. So I used a really unusual tremolo pattern in the RH, followed by intense scales, connecting the beliefs of Kaoru's will to revive Karen and Anzu's striving for her manga writer dream.

All out chorus
In both choruses in 0:56 and 2:34, it's not ridiculous to say I SMASHED the keys. All the emotions of Anzu when Kaoru entered the tunnel by himself, when Kaoru finally sees Karen, as well as Anzu's 13 year wait for Kaoru (8 years actually), has pounded into the strong octaves. It feels extremely satisfied during 1:28 to 1:31 to go ALL OUT.

This movie and this piece helped moved me out of my depressing period, of not knowing how to grow my Youtube channel and my music career. I remembered I felt too perplexed and clueless it even affected my daily routine. I skipped meals, unmotivated to do anything, wishing for an Urashima Tunnel to waste my time to.... but that's life. Days must continue , we must put down any past burdens, because the purpose of our existence is to live the maximum potential and leave no regrets.
