We started off our ultimate pho tour of Hanoi, Vietnam, with the most traditional and classic pho there is, phở bò, or beef noodle soup. This is one of the most popular foods in Vietnam, and around the world! When in Vietnam, this is one food that you must eat. This was the perfect way to begin our Vietnamese street food tour.

Our mission today wasn’t just to go on another of pho tour of Hanoi, we set out to try all the DIFFERENT kinds of pho that we could find. Next up of the six must try pho dishes we found was phở gà trộn, dry chicken pho, followed by the very different pho rolls, or phở cuốn! The pho rolls were so delicious and tasty, not to mention unique but so light, we loved them.

As evening set in, we went to a very local place to try their phở chiên phồng, fried pho pillows, and pho chien trung, fried pho omelette. Unique at this point is an understatement! Our last stop was for stir-fried pho, or phở xào, and we have to say, the things that people are doing with pho in Hanoi, the most popular food in Vietnam, is pretty amazing.
