🌯FRESH ROLLS RECIPE (2-4pax):
_Pork belly/Lean meat 200gr-300gr
_Shrimps 400gr
_Dry/Fresh Vermicelli
_Lettuces + Beansprout
_Vietnam's Rice Paper (Fresh Spring Rolls type)
_Black Soy Bean Paste
_Roasted Ground Peanuts
🫕 Boiled meat & shrimps cut in thin slices. Cook and drain the dry vermicelli properly (For fresh type no need). Prep the rest of the ingredients then can start to make/roll.
🥣For the dipping sauce mix into it 2-3tsp of peanut butter, depend on how many pax we want to serve. Add minced chillies for spicy taste.

_Exploring the S'pore City Gallery which we have never visited before. It's a good experience for us to learn and know more about the city history.
_Spending our evening at home to assemble the new toy - A miniature Kitchen model from Rolife. A b'day gift from my friend
