This stunning example of a '31 Model A Ford Hot Rod in custom matte black was built in Australia by Smith Concepts in Brookvale, NSW and sold on completion in 2023 to a Californian hot rodding enthusiast based in Australia. Owning a '31 Ford Hot Rod had been a life goal having been surrounded by incredible US muscle cars since she was 8 years old.

Built in Australia to comply with Australian regulations, the build used an original full steel American body built in right hand drive.

The motor was sourced from a 1959 Cadillac V8 390 ci Big Block and has been fully rebuilt in April 2025 with new bearings, pistons, rings and stage 2 cam. Receipts for this work are available to the buyer.

The owner has ordered a replacement front right hand tyre as the current white wall is defective. This is being shipped from the US and should arrive early December.
