The purpose of this series is to develop a park funded through a self-imposed “Luxury Tax” on qualifying purchases. A 10% tax will be applied to all major acquisitions—such as equipment, fields, silos, and similar large-scale items. Routine maintenance purchases, including seeds, fertilizer, and other base consumables, are exempt from this tax.

It is the responsibility of the participant to calculate 10% of each qualifying purchase and allocate those funds toward the development of the park on Plot 58. All contributions from this tax will be incorporated into the park’s design, construction, and enhancement.

Set Up:
Mode - Career Only
Map - Mecklenburg Lake District
Gameplay - Start from Scratch
Money - Under $100k
Loan (Debt) - $500k
Economy - Player's Choice
Start Farm - Plots 15, 57, 21 and 58 (58 should only be utilized for the park portion of this challenge)

Settings:
Contracts/Borrow - Yes
Loans - No
Leasing - Yes
All other's players choice

Objectives:
To pay off the loan
To purchase one of the windmills on the map
To create a park with the 10% luxury tax from purchases
Optional Objective - incorporate cows and put down a ice cream parlor in the park
