Happy new year everybody to continue this tradition we’re gonna pick two songs for my favorite Beatle album rubber soul. The final song for the year is called Michelle one of my favorite Beatles songs of all time I love Paul McCartney’s jazz inspired chords. His baseline is beautiful and George Harrison’s lead guitar on this song is amazing. I am using my D Angelico Premier SS, the MXR Dyna comp, the nux 63 diamond, and my fender bass breaker amp.  speaking of the guitar solo in this song I found out that George Harrison and George Martin wrote this together because George had the idea but he was having a hard time getting the right notes in Martin helped him find it. To get that dark kind of mud sound that you would get on a Gretsch guitar you roll the tone down to about two or three, and I have the volume on three neck pick up for the best bassy sound.  thank you for this year.
