Powerlifter Mark Bell properly demonstrates how to train the bench by adding the Rogue Chain kits to train the top of the lift.
Rogue Chain is made in the USA. Each chain is zinc electroplated to prevent rust. Rogue Chain Kits include chain with a carabiner in the center for easy loading along with a 4' length of chain with carabiner to mount around a barbell.
