"Evil Mickey Mouse Attacks Japan" Restoration of Toybox 1936 Omocha Bako propaganda anime animation

A restoration of the infamous anime from 1934 which predicted that an American army of Mickey Mouse clones would attack in 1936. Oddly enough that didn't occur. Let me know if you'd like a Sumerian Otaku episode putting this into historical context.

A fan requested that I restore this, so I gave it my best even though the original had less resolution than the 320 by 240 resolution file it was stuffed into. To give a comparison, the classic Gameboy was 160 x 144 giving the original file approximately twice the resolution of Tetris for Gameboy at best. As such, each frame kind of looks like a corrupt jpeg. Still, there's a lot more detail in this "restoration" than other versions online. I'd like to revisit this if I can ever get a better file to work with or more tricks to fix it.
