In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing Julie Rainer on the topic of relational aggression in schools. Julie is a school counselor and founder of IMPACT Kids Coach. Julie helps children and parents navigate tricky friendships, relational aggression, and the hidden side of bullying. She’s spent years working with kids from early childhood through high school, and has developed a practical framework that teaches kids how to recognize harm, respond with confidence, and repair relationships.
