Exclusive Japanese SHMUPs - A Simple Guide to Accessing The JP eShop for Nintendo Switch

Hey everyone!
Here are the steps to follow to easily set yourself up for accessing Japanese eShop games.
1. Go to Nintendo.com and sign up for a new account. Be sure to select Japan as your country.
2. On your Switch, create a new user and link it to your Japanese Nintendo account.
3. Purchase Yen cards from PlayAsia or your site of choice. I typically go with 1000yen but it's currently unavailable.
4. Enter Japanese eShop on your Switch, scroll all the way to the bottom and input your yen card code.
5. You have funds to purchase games, congrats!
